Bailey began his career with Bishop Auckland and quickly established himself as a powerful, pacey forward with an instinct for goal.
He has built solid Northern League experience through spells with both West Auckland Town AFC and Tow Law Town AFC, sharpening his attacking threat at senior level. In 2024, he stepped up to the Northern Premier League with Blyth Spartans, further developing his game in a more demanding environment. Bailey now links up with Northallerton Town, adding strength, speed, and a proven eye for goal to the club’s attacking options.
