Frankie will complete his registration next month when he celebrates his 16th birthday.

Manager Jamie Poole says: "Frankie is someone I’ve coached and I knew him as a kid. We have to wait until he turns 16 in August but when he’s allowed to play he will be one to watch. This kid will go higher.'
