The 19-year-old joins us from Marske United after being identified by manager Jason Newall as a talented prospect who can bring pace and goals to our team.

James scored against us in Marske's 3-0 victory at the Calvert Stadium last September and was a regular for the Seasiders in the 2024-25 season. He can play all along the forward line and previously represented Billingham Town and Redcar Athletic.

"I really enjoyed my time at Marske but now I'm looking forward to a new challenge at Northallerton," he says. "The manager has told me about what he wants to achieve here this season and I'm delighted to be a part of the squad."
