The club is delighted to announce the signing of winger Jack Stapley as he returns for a second spell at The Calverts Stadium.
A former Supporters' Player of the Season, Jack made 46 appearances, scoring three goals, in his first spell at Town after joining from local side Bedale.
Highly rated since his teens, the exciting winger played for Northern Ireland U-16s through a link with his grandfather and has also represented Thornaby in the Northern League.
Jack on re-signing for Northallerton:
“I’m thrilled to come back to Northallerton Town and be part of the new manager’s project. As a wide midfielder, I like to get on the ball as much as I can and put defenders under pressure.
"I like to play on the front foot and put in crosses for the strikers. These are exciting times for the club and I’m just glad to be part of it.”
Jason Newall on his latest signing:
“Jack is the right age and is an intelligent player who is really good on the counter-attack. He’s a talented player who can make something out of nothing and I’m looking forward to seeing what he can bring to our side.”
