As First-Team Manager, your role will be integral in developing a squad with a winning mentality and pride and commitment in the Northallerton shirt. You will have a clear vision about how to drive performances and build a successful team identity.

You should have strong communication, organisational and team leadership skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of first-team management, including match preparation, training, tactics and player development
• Identify and recruit talent in line with the current playing budget
• Implement a clear playing philosophy that aligns with the club’s ambitions
• Work closely and positively with the Club Committee
• Inspire, motivate and lead players to achieve their highest potential

A proven track record at senior football level would be an advantage.
