The club would like to place on record its thanks to Jason for his stewardship of first-team affairs for the past 15 months and the energy and commitment he brought to the role.

Under Jason’s leadership, we achieved a 15th-placed finish last season and he successfully introduced several local players to the demands of Ebac Northern League First Division football.

Jason said: “After a strong and positive start to the season, I’m as disappointed as everyone else about recent results. But there is undoubtedly a good base for my successor to build on.

“I wish the club all the best for the future and would like to thank the supporters for their unflinching support for the team.”

Club Chairman Jason Bleanch said: “Jason leaves with our best wishes and we wish him every success with his future managerial career. We will now turn our attention to seeking his replacement.”
